Broker Support

A market-leading insurance firm is seeking a proactive Broker Support to provide high-quality account management and technical support to clients and broking teams.

In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional client service through the preparation of renewals, market documentation, contracts and wordings, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage. You’ll work closely with brokers, underwriters and internal teams to support the full placement process and maintain efficient, well-documented accounts.

What they are looking for:

• Experience in a technical role within the Lloyd’s or London market with exposure of creating MRC slips.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with solid Microsoft Office knowledge

• Progress toward CII qualification (desirable)
