Investment & Front Office

The Investment & Front Office team recruits from front to back office within top tier International Asset Management houses, Private Banks, Custodians and Hedge Funds. The team has over twenty years’ combined recruitment experience within the sector and includes ex industry professionals.

The team recruits for investment and front office jobs across all asset classes and client bases including both institutional and retail managers from entry level positions through to senior level roles on a permanent, temporary and interim basis. Typical roles include Graduate level to Managing Director with salary ranges of £25,000 up to £120,000 for permanent hires and £12-£50 per hour for temporary hires.

The team utilises candidate networks built up over a number of years, supported by an unrivalled internal research capability, ensuring we have access to the best candidates in the market place. Our experienced Consultants will carefully match candidates with the relevant Investment House, team and role, providing in-depth support and interview preparation before meeting with our clients.
