He has a Level 2 NVQ in Recruitment Resourcing and began his career in recruitment within the Water & Utilities sector for a Nationwide Engineering company, before taking a transition over into the BUC team here at Bruin in 2021. At Bruin, Alfie works on the permanent desk covering all Insurance, Broking, Underwriting & Claims recruitment, with a particular focus on the Broking Market across all levels of experience.
