Aaron holds a BSc honours in Sport Psychology and has 10 years Credit & Risk Management recruitment experience at Bruin. Aaron specialises in recruiting risk managers into buyside organisations such as asset managers and hedge funds.

Aaron began his career as a utility broker upon graduating from University before moving into Corporate Hospitality sales. Aaron then took some time out to travel before settling in Sydney, Australia for a year where he worked as a Sales Manager for Metlife Insurance. Upon moving back to the UK, Aaron in 2011 and has been instrumental in building Bruin’s Governance (Risk & Compliance) recruitment business in London and subsequently helped grow the London coverage into Europe.
