Operations/Claims Technician – Lloyds Broker

Are you detail-oriented with experience in Delegated Authority Claims? On behalf of a leading client of ours, join their dynamic team where you’ll support Agents and Coverholders, manage bordereaux, and help deliver top-tier claims services to our clients.

In this role, you'll be preparing and processing bordereaux for Underwriters, maintaining accurate financial records, and producing essential claims statistics. You’ll support claims payments under supervision while collaborating with Clients, TPAs, Insurers, and internal teams. Keeping our systems and electronic files up to date will be a key part of your daily workflow.

Our client is looking for someone with experience in Delegated Authority Claims, familiarity with London Market systems, and strong Excel and MS Office skills. A proactive attitude and a willingness to continue learning are essential.
