Insurance Relationship Executive

The Opportunity
A leading London-based insurance firm is seeking an Insurance Relationship Executive to join its Market Management function. Working within a growing team the role offers the chance to play a key role in building and strengthening relationships across the insurance market.
Working alongside experienced peers and senior stakeholders, this role is ideal for a confident, outward-facing insurance professional who enjoys relationship management, networking, and representing a business at a senior level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance market partners
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external insurers
  • Represent the business at market meetings, events, and presentations
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market engagement and visibility
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to senior audiences

About You

  • Currently working in, or with experience in, insurance relationship management, business development, or a market-facing role
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience (5 years preferred)
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • A confident, outgoing communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication ability (essential)
  • Well-networked or naturally strong at building professional relationships
  • Passionate about the insurance market and keen to grow within it
  • Insurance qualifications (e.g. CII) are advantageous but not essential

This role will focus primarily on reinsurance business across the Nordic region, supporting brokers and clients with high-quality catastrophe modelling, portfolio analysis, and exposure management. It offers excellent exposure to international reinsurance programmes and close collaboration with senior market stakeholders.
