Claims Manager – Cyber

A leading Lloyd’s broker is seeking to hire a Claims Manager to join their specialist Cyber team. This is a great opportunity to manage complex, high-value Cyber and Tech E&O claims within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values flexibility, development, and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex Cyber and Tech E&O claims from notification to resolution
  • Act as a claims advocate, resolving coverage issues and driving successful outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Provide data and insights to support renewals and client strategies

What They Are Looking For:

  • Experience in claims handling (broker, insurer, legal, or loss adjusting)
  • Strong understanding of Cyber and/or Tech E&O lines preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
