Keith began his recruitment career in 2003, working for a high street recruiter covering contract and permanent industrial clients. His interest in financial markets led him to an opportunity with a firm called Match Recruitment where he gained generalist experience across various disciplines within the banking world. In 2007 he joined McGregor-Boyall Associates, Risk Management team and has since recruited into all risk verticals and various facets of the quantitative world.

Keith has recent experience recruiting at CRO and Head of Risk level, is comfortable working on team level role, and prides himself on his consultative approach to recruitment.
