Reece began his career in recruitment in 2022 when he started recruiting Java Developers for companies in New York, quickly moving over to the Nordic region to help businesses develop and deliver on live roles across front-end, and back-end but also touching upon some of the more senior roles that need filling. This eventually led him to be Head of both Norway & Denmark throughout the company, ensuring all goals were achieved from both countries.
