Kirsty holds a First class degree in Commerce and has nearly 20 years of experience in human capital recruitment, specialising in Investment Management.

Kirsty began her career in a recruitment firm in 2005, where she managed a team of 10 before joining Bruin in 2010 as a Director. Kirsty has extensive experience in senior multi-hire assignments and particularly for complex retained hires, often dealing with C-suite stakeholders.

As Executive Director, Kirsty manages and recruits into the Asset Management space which covers Front Office, Investments and ESG and has the London Operations & Middle office team reporting to her. She is MD of Bruin’s European business which covers Operations, Finance, Distribution and Governance on the Continent. In February 2023 she opened Bruin’s Frankfurt office which covers German recruitment within Risk, Investments and Finance.
