Kirstin is a graduate from UCL and has over 25 years of Financial Services human capital experience. During this time, she has managed numerous specialist teams whilst continuing to recruit across a broad range of roles, including 15 months running the Tokyo office for a leading global Financial Services business.

Kirstin has specific responsibility for the day to day growth and operational management of Bruin’s Regional Desk, coupled with working closely with the rest of the board on implementation of all strategic group initiatives, and notably diversity, CSR and mental health and wellbeing.
