Kelly holds a BA in History and has over 11 years’ recruitment experience. She began her career on the graduate scheme at an investment management recruitment firm where she progressed to Managing Director with oversight of distribution, investment and product recruitment teams. Kelly has expertise in the Distribution buy-side market, partnering with leading investment management firms to recruit both permanent and contract hires up to Director level. Kelly joined Bruin in 2022 as a Director to lead their Sales & Marketing team.
