Joel holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics and has more than four years’ recruitment experience. During his placement year at university, Joel began his career at Bruin as a research analyst, recruiting within the Finance, Tax & Audit space on the contract side. After returning to Bruin post-university, he moved over to the permanent side of Finance, specialising solely within the Wealth and Asset Management sector. Joel has led searches on a multitude of mandates ranging from the junior level, up to ‘head of’ hires.
