Junior Underwriter – Marine War
Our client, a leading Insurer, is seeking a Junior Underwriter to support the underwriting of the War Risks portfolio in the business.
The role involves liaising with brokers and members, preparing quotations and documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely underwriting administration.
The successful candidate will have to have at least 18 months’ Marine Insurance experience, within Underwriting (preferred), although we are open to CVs working within Marine claims/broking sector.
However, we will still encourage to apply if your experience lies within underwriting within a different class of business and wanting to pivot into the Marine sector.
This role is great for the right individual and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term underwriting career!
