A rapidly expanding US & International Property team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Property Specialist to play a critical role in supporting complex global placements and strengthening the team’s technical capability as it scales.
The team has seen significant growth of late and with continued investment and ambitious expansion this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and make a visible impact across a high performing, fast growing division.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced technical property professional who can bring depth of knowledge in US and international property, coupled with the confidence to lead on complex global programme structures. You will be the technical expert in the team, someone who can support frontline broker activity, elevate technical standards, and help shape how the business handles increasingly complex, multinational schedules.
You’ll also play a key role in developing the capabilities of a young, energetic team, many of whom are early in their careers, ensuring technical excellence is embedded across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead on large, multi territory property placements
- Provide expert guidance on:
- Taxes & territorial requirements
- Global schedules & programme structuring
- Technical slip production
- Compliance considerations across jurisdictions
- Support brokers with technical preparation, risk structuring and client deliverables
- Join client meetings as the technical subject matter expert
- Coach and mentor junior and mid level team members
- Help transition the team from a predominantly US mid market focus to handling large, complex, multinational risks
- Contribute to a culture focused on quality, accuracy and outstanding client service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical grounding in US property and international property
- Experience with global programmes, taxes, schedules and cross territory compliance
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training required
- Confident communicator with the credibility to operate in client facing environments
- Someone who naturally supports, mentors and strengthens the wider team
- A collaborative individual who will fit well into a young, growing, energetic team
- A blend of technical depth and personable approach, team fit is essential
