A leading London Market Brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Professional Indemnity (PI) Claims Executive to join their high performing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of UK-dominant PI claims, with some exposure to international matters.
  • Provide technical expertise across complex and high-value Professional Indemnity losses.
  • Lead and mentor a small claims team, driving performance, development, and best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, strategic claims advice to support client retention and service excellence.
  • Represent the brokerage with professionalism and confidence in market-facing situations.

About You

  • Significant experience handling Professional Indemnity claims within the London Market.
  • Demonstrable leadership or team management experience (formal or informal).
  • Strong technical capability with the ability to handle complex, sensitive claims.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Confident managing both UK and international claims exposures.
  • Motivated, proactive, and committed to providing best in class client service.
