D&O Account Handler – Lloyd’s Broker
Role: Directors & Officers (D&O) Account Handler
Salary: Up to £45,000

Overview
A highly respected Lloyd’s broker is seeking a D&O Account Handler to support its Financial Lines division. This role suits someone with some exposure to D&O who is looking to develop their technical and broking capabilities within a supportive, collaborative team. The position covers cradle to grave servicing with a clear pathway for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of a varied D&O client portfolio.
  • Assist with client communication, renewals, mid term amendments, and coverage queries.
  • Prepare slips, endorsements, schedules, and market documentation.
  • Liaise with underwriters and contribute to the broking process.
  • Maintain accurate file and CRM management in line with compliance standards.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and senior brokers.
  • Provide technical support and ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Required Experience

  • Some exposure to D&O insurance (Lloyd’s, company market, retail, or MGA).
  • Experience in Account Handling within commercial or Financial Lines.
  • Strong administrative attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and willingness to learn from senior brokers.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage deadlines in a busy environment.

Package

  • Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
