FI Account Executive – Lloyd’s Broker
Role: Financial Institutions (FI) Account Executive
Salary: Up to £80,000

Overview
A leading Lloyd’s broker is seeking an experienced FI Account Executive to join its high-performing Financial Lines team. This is a cradle to grave role offering full exposure to client management, broking, placement, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Financial Institutions clients across the full lifecycle.
  • Handle all client interaction, renewals, mid term adjustments, and coverage discussions.
  • Broke risks into the Lloyd’s and company markets and secure competitive terms.
  • Lead the placement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Prepare and review market documentation including slips, endorsements, and summaries.
  • Develop strong internal and external market relationships.
  • Work closely with senior brokers, technicians, and analytics teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and workflow records.

Required Experience

  • Solid experience within Financial Institutions insurance (retail, wholesale, or Lloyd’s).
  • Strong understanding of FI wordings and market placement processes.
  • Proven cradle to grave broking or account management experience.
  • Confident communicator with strong client facing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team driven environment.

Package

  • Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
