Account Executive – US Casualty

A leading global insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Executive (US Casualty) to join their high?performing London team. This role offers variety, autonomy, and genuine career progression within a collaborative, flexible environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage the end?to?end placement process across US Casualty
  • Prepare key placement documentation to market standards
  • Oversee and support premium processing and 3rd?party service providers
  • Maintain accurate, compliant placement records and system updates
  • Monitor and manage contractual deadlines (warranties, subjectivities, NOCs)
  • Assist with cash/credit control issues and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, IBA, Claims, MI, Digital, and Premium Processing
  • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks, KPIs, audits, and contract certainty

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical understanding of US Casualty (preferred)
  • Confident communicator with Clients, Brokers, and colleagues
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast?paced environment
  • Skilled in standardising processes and embracing change
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
