Learning and Development Business Partner

A leading professional services organisation is looking for a forward thinking Learning and Development Business Partner to shape and elevate the way colleagues learn, grow and perform. This role is centred on soft skills, behavioural and leadership development rather than functional or technical training, making it ideal for someone passionate about unlocking human potential.

As a key member of the HR team, you will design and deliver engaging development experiences that build capability, strengthen leadership and embed a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop and deliver soft skills and behavioural training modules aligned to business needs
• Lead management and leadership development programmes that build confident, capable leaders
• Partner with managers to diagnose development needs and recommend effective behavioural learning solutions
• Publish a quarterly L and D schedule showcasing available soft skills learning opportunities
• Maximise the Apprenticeship Levy to support relevant behavioural and leadership pathways
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and drive continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external soft skills and leadership training providers
• Support the creation of career development pathways across the organisation
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted L and D advisor
About You
• CIPD qualification or equivalent, highly desirable
• Experience designing and delivering soft skills, behavioural and leadership development programmes
• Strong understanding of development theories, concepts and diagnostic tools
• Confident facilitator with the ability to influence, inspire and engage learners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
• A collaborative relationship builder who enjoys working with diverse teams and external partners
• Ideally, experience gained within a financial services or professional services environment
