EMEA Payroll Specialist

We are recruiting for a global financial services organisation with a strong people-first culture, looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to support monthly payroll processing across multiple European countries.

What you’ll do:

• Process and review monthly UK and EMEA payrolls end-to-end

• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely payments

• Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries across the region

• Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers

• Support reconciliations, year-end activity, and payroll projects

What we’re looking for:

• Strong UK payroll experience (input to reconciliation)

• Experience supporting EMEA payrolls

• Advanced Excel skills

• Confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Nice to have:
Experience with global payroll systems (e.g. ADP, CloudPay, Celergo), pensions, or ServiceNow.
