Senior Reinsurance Technician (Treaty) – Remote

A leading international insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Reinsurance Technician to support the administration of proportional Treaty contracts for a growing client base. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with broking teams while delivering high-quality technical support and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end administration of proportional treaty reinsurance contracts

• Validate account submissions and cash loss transactions

• Prepare profit commission statements and other treaty calculations

• Maintain accurate data and support credit control processes

• Resolve technical queries and provide timely management information

• Act as an escalation point for broking teams and internal stakeholders

• Support training and development of junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical accounting experience within the London Market

• Solid knowledge of proportional treaty processes and systems

• Ability to review and audit data for accuracy

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other core IT tools
