As a Senior Claims Broker, you’ll handle a diverse portfolio of complex and high-value claims across multiple lines, including liability, property, and personal accident. You’ll act as a key link between clients, insurers, and underwriters — managing the claims process from start to finish, negotiating settlements, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong experience in complex or liability claims handling, ideally within the London Market (Lloyd’s or company markets)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• A proactive, client-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
