Credit Control Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Control Technician to join a respected Lloyd’s market insurer.

This role sits within the Operations team and focuses on supporting credit control activities, premium reconciliation, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders. The position offers great exposure across the business and the chance to make a real impact in improving cash flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing credit control processes and reconciliations
  • Liaising with brokers to chase overdue premiums and remittances
  • Resolving cash and allocation queries promptly
  • Producing accurate MI and reports
  • Supporting month-end and financial close activities

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous credit control experience within the London Insurance Market
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good working knowledge of Xchanging / London Market bureau processes
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
