Really exciting new role in the Employee Relations space!

A prerequisite for the role is experience within the Financial Services environment.

My client a growing Lloyd’s and London Insurance Broker are looking for an Employee Relations professional for their well-stocked wider HR team. This is suitable for a team player who is forward-looking as you will be visibly changing how ER is managed within a brilliant business.

This role goes beyond traditional case management, focusing more on introducing a strategic expert in Employee Relations who will contribute to enhancing the already exceptional company culture alongside the broader HR team.

The ideal candidate should have a background in ER rather than a general HR background with ER experience, aligning with the existing team's composition.

Working with the Senior HR BP team and wider Senior Leadership Team as well as HR (to include HR Shared Services ,Compliance and Learning and Development) you will be tasked with not only managing the ER caseload but to assist in the development of Performance Management within the management network to foster positive employee relations.

Reporting into the Head of HR will be tasked with ensuring the ER strategy is robust and that the management team manage effectively to decrease ER caseloads.

As well as managing mid to complex ER issues, you will also be responsible for ensuring organisational policy compliance, ensuring legal requirements are met, and promoting effective risk mitigation practices within the organisation.

The company in question is going through a significant period of change (for the positive) which will mean you will assist with the employee relations element of all change.

This is not just an ER case management role! You and the wider HR Subject Matter Experts will form a robust framework for:

  • ER Case Management
  • HR Policy Development
  • Employee Communications
  • Managing Governance and Risk.

This really is an employer of choice and the role will play an integral part of ensuring ER and engagement are managed to the highest level.

In summary if you have experience in managing complex ER on an international level do not hesitate to apply!
