Head of Human Resources Operations sought for a leading global Financial Services organisation on a key senior HR appointment – Head of HR Operations.

 

This is a strategic and high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and drive the people agenda across core corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Risk, and more. You'll work closely with senior executives to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, influence culture, and lead change in a dynamic, international environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Leading talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth
  • Championing diversity, equity & inclusion strategies at a global level
  • Enhancing employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives
  • Overseeing HR operations including policy, ER, and reward alignment

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Extensive HR leadership experience in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning people strategy to commercial goals
  • Deep expertise in cultural transformation, organisational development, and talent strategy
  • Proven ability to influence and advise at executive leadership level
