Emily holds a BSc in Psychology and has over 18 years of experience in financial services human capital, most notably in assignments at senior level. Emily's background is in asset management with a particular focus on distribution and marketing both in the UK and Europe.

Emily is on the board for The Fiser Group as well as holding responsibility for group diversity and CSR activities, which includes a mentoring role in association with Mission Include and 10,000 Black Interns.
