Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and has over 17 years recruitment experience across the Insurance, Life & Pensions and Actuarial markets. Simon began his career with a specialist Insurance Executive Search firm before focusing on senior level hires at a UK based international firm and subsequently a boutique insurance specialist.

Simon also ran his own Executive level recruitment business for five years and now, as a Director, leads our Life, Pensions and Actuarial teams. Simon`s team focuses upon serving clients across the Life, General Insurance and Professional Services markets.
