HR Operations Assistant (Part Time, 3 or 4 Days per Week)
Location: London | Hybrid | Part time
A growing organisation is looking for an experienced HR Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of HR processes. This part time role (3 or 4 days per week) is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while using their HR skills in a regulated, fast paced environment.
Experience within the Lloyd’s and/or London Insurance Market is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all HR lifecycle processes: onboarding, compliance checks, employee records, contract changes and leavers.
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS), ensure data accuracy and produce regular MI reports.
- Coordinate interviews and support junior level recruitment.
- Assist with L&D administration, training bookings and professional qualification support.
- Support payroll movements, benefits administration and annual compensation reviews.
- Help maintain HR policies, respond to employee queries and support general HR projects.
About You
- Background in the Lloyd’s Market or London Insurance Market.
- Strong HR administration/operations experience.
- Confident with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organised, detail focused and discreet.
- Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing changing priorities.
- Looking for 3 or 4 days per week with hybrid flexibility.
