Workplace Strategy & Business Continuity Manager

A global financial services organisation is looking for a Workplace Strategy & Business Continuity Manager to help shape how the business uses its offices and how it prepares for operational disruption across its international footprint.
This is a hands?on and highly visible role that blends workplace planning, data?driven decision?making and continuity governance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Property, HR, Technology and Operational Risk to ensure the business has the right environments for its people—and the right plans in place to keep operations running smoothly.
In?house experience is essential, ideally gained within financial services or another complex, global corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Using data and insight to guide workplace and space?planning decisions across multiple regions
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver moves, changes and office?related projects
- Supporting the evolution of the firm’s workplace experience and global portfolio
- Managing and maintaining business continuity plans across designated business areas
- Running continuity tests and exercises and tracking improvements
- Upskilling teams on continuity processes and readiness
- Playing an active role during incidents and operational disruptions
- Contributing to governance, documentation and audit preparedness
What we’re looking for
- Experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate or business continuity gained inside a large organisation
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross?functional groups
- Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple regions
- Experience with continuity tools (e.g., Archer) is beneficial
- A background in financial services is advantageous but not essential
