A leading/ entrepreneurial business in the region is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Corporate Training and Learning and Development to drive capability building and learning excellence across a designated business unit. The business ethos is to hire and develop the very best calibre of employee.
This role suits a hands-on Learning and Development leader who can design impactful programs, deliver high quality training, and partner closely with senior leaders/stakeholders to evaluate successful performance management of the employees.
This organisation takes their employee development and career journey extremely seriously; you will be integral to the development of its employee base. You will be joining an established, highly functioning team of L&D professionals who offer the highest level of service internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end learning and development programs for the people managers.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop engaging behavioural and soft skills content.
- Design engaging training programmes for development of the employee lifecycle, ensuring the employee and engagement is at its highest.
- Analyse and report on the training effectiveness whilst continually improving tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop learning and employee development
- Maintain relationships with external learning partners and institutions
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration (or equiv)
- Certified Instructional Designer plus psychometric certifications a strong advantage
- Extensive experience in learning and development with a proven track record in a senior managerial role
