Overview:
An established and growing financial lines team seeks to talk with Management Liability Underwriters to join their expanding portfolio. The successful candidate(s) will play a key role in underwriting mid-market D&O, Management Liability, and related financial lines risks. This is a high-profile role offering exposure to complex accounts and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite Management Liability risks (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, and Crime) for mid-market clients.

Review and assess policies, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Collaborate closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.

Mentor and support junior underwriters, providing technical guidance and fostering team development.

Stay informed of market trends, emerging risks, and competitor activity to inform underwriting strategy.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in Management Liability or related financial lines underwriting.

Strong technical knowledge of slips, endorsements, and underwriting processes.

Proven ability to manage complex mid-market accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
