Join an established leading Brokerage as an Operations Technician, supporting Delegated Authority (DA) insurance operations. You’ll handle Binding Authority Agreements (BAAs), bordereaux processing, and client queries, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance.
What You'll Do:

Produce and renew BAAs and endorsements

Process bordereaux and manage submissions

Maintain accurate records and handle client queries

Meet SLAs and support team tasks
What You’ll Need:

Experience in insurance operations or DA support

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Knowledge of FCA and insurance compliance

Great communication and time management

DA slip production experience is a plus
