Margaux began their recruitment career in 2022 where they specialised in the Insurance space working with senior professionals in the Lloyds market, as well as internationally (US and Continental Europe). Proficient in bringing people together and work towards common goals, Margaux has successfully specialised in senior level hires across multiple classes of business. They joined Bruin in 2024 in its Broking, Underwriting division to focus on the International space.
