We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Marketing Associate to join its UK marketing team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a broad, execution-focused role offering exposure across multiple channels, including events, digital, social media, and content.

Working closely with senior marketers and specialist teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns, coordinating assets, and supporting client engagement activity. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career marketing professional looking to build experience within a high-performing, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and in line with agreed timelines
  • Coordinating the development and rollout of marketing materials, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and consistency
  • Contributing to the delivery of client events and sponsorship activity, including logistics, coordination, and on-the-day support
  • Managing the scheduling and publishing of social media content in line with campaign plans and brand guidelines
  • Assisting with paid media activity, working alongside digital specialists to monitor campaign performance and highlight areas for optimisation
  • Maintaining and updating digital content to ensure all marketing assets remain accurate, relevant, and aligned to current messaging
  • Collaborating closely with teams across content, digital, social, and analytics to support seamless campaign delivery
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of activity
  • Supporting campaign reporting by gathering performance data and contributing to post-campaign analysis
  • Keeping marketing plans, asset libraries, and delivery trackers up to date to support efficient team operations
  • Assisting senior team members with coordination of ongoing projects and ensuring clear communication across workstreams

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within asset management, financial services, or a related professional services environment
  • Exposure to multi-channel campaign delivery, including digital, events, social media, or content
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • High attention to detail and a focus on delivering work to a consistently high standard
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing
  • A desire to learn and develop across a broad range of marketing disciplines
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred)
