A successful investment firm with a strong track record and continued growth across the UK market is looking for a high-performing Senior Institutional Sales Manager. In this role you will drive growth across key client segments including insurers, pension funds, and charities.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Institutional Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive new business strategy. You’ll work directly with prospective clients and key investment consultants to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and win new institutional mandates across
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects
- Lead and deliver compelling presentations at finalist stages
- Structure tailored, client-centric investment solutions across multiple asset classes
- Build strong relationships with consultants, trustees, and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate internally across investment, ESG, trading, and product teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in UK institutional sales/business development with consistent success in winning mandates
- Strong relationships across insurers, pension funds, and/or consultants
- Deep understanding of public and private market asset classes
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Self-starter with strong commercial drive and ability to close opportunities
