We are supporting a growing Financial Services firm in the City of London as they expand their operations and acquire an additional floor within their office. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist & Office Manager to join the team on a temporary basis.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house function and wider office environment during an exciting period of change. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, while also overseeing day?to?day office management responsibilities across a busy corporate setting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong corporate experience in both Reception and Office Management
  • Financial Services experience is essential
  • A proactive, organised, and confident individual who can help support a fast?paced office move and expansion
  • Someone who is adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of operational tasks
