Are you an experienced Exposure Management professional ready to take ownership and shape a best-in-class function within a Lloyd’s Managing Agent?

We’re looking for a Head of Exposure Management to lead and develop the Exposure function across a growing platform and its managed syndicates. This role will see you take full ownership of the Exposure Management framework, ensuring robust catastrophe risk oversight, high-quality data and modelling, and meaningful insight to support underwriting and strategic decision-making.

You’ll oversee catastrophe exposure in line with risk appetites, enhance tools and systems for exposure capture and analysis, and ensure alignment with Lloyd’s Catastrophe Exposure Principles. Working closely with underwriting leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping how risk is quantified, monitored and managed across the business.

We’re looking for someone with:

? Extensive experience in Exposure Management within the Lloyd’s market

? Strong understanding of catastrophe modelling, aggregation and “view of risk” methodologies

? Advanced proficiency with exposure management systems and modelling tools

? A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability

? The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across underwriting and senior stakeholders

? A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to take ownership and drive standards

This is more than just a leadership role – it’s an opportunity to shape and evolve the Exposure Management function and play a key role in how risk is understood and managed across the platform.
