We are working with a growing investment management firm to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager.

They are seeking an ambitious and creative Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role within their growing Marketing function. This role sits at the centre of digital strategy, campaign delivery and website optimisation, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across a range of investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute high?performing B2B digital marketing and lead?generation campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise digital budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Build full?funnel acquisition journeys using marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), incorporating A/B testing and data?driven insights.
  • Provide clear reporting, digital performance analytics and actionable insight.
  • Keep ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and regulations.

Website & Digital Experience

  • Lead website strategy and ensure compelling, user?centric digital experiences.
  • Use analytics to identify optimisation opportunities across UX, conversion and SEO.
  • Maintain high standards across content accuracy, accessibility, compliance and brand consistency.
  • Oversee meaningful digital customer journeys that enhance engagement and conversion.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within financial services or another regulated sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, SEO and web content management (ideally WordPress).
  • Comfortable working with Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast?paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and the confidence to drive ideas forward.
