We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people?focused Team Assistant to support our busy team and help keep day?to?day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go?to person, thrives in a collaborative environment, and likes making a real difference behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

  • Provide day?to?day administrative support to a fast-paced team
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
  • Assist with inbox monitoring, preparing meeting materials, and tracking action points
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and expenses when required
  • Help organise team events, workshops, and small internal projects
  • Maintain shared documents, trackers, and internal systems to keep information up to date
  • Support with onboarding tasks and general team coordination
  • Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for colleagues and visitors

What we’re looking for

  • Previous administrative or team support experience within a professional environment
  • A confident communicator with a friendly and approachable style
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Someone calm, adaptable, and solutions?focused when things get busy
  • Comfortable using MS Office and modern workplace tools
  • A real team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to positive team culture
