We are partnering with a leading European private markets firm to appoint a Marketing Manager to join its wider marketing business unit. This is a high-visibility role supporting fundraising, brand positioning, portfolio storytelling, and broader stakeholder engagement across international markets.

Working closely with senior leadership, Investor Relations, Communications, Digital, and the Events teams, you will help shape and execute an integrated marketing agenda. The remit spans brand governance, content development, campaign delivery, digital presence, and performance tracking within a sophisticated, regulated environment.
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded B2B marketing professional with experience in private capital, asset management, or professional services.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Supporting the evolution of brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity across global offices
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across presentations, brochures, website content, case studies, and event materials
  • Developing and maintaining marketing and sales enablement materials, including strategy overviews, pitch decks, sector content, FAQs, and case studies
  • Coordinating thought leadership initiatives in partnership with investment, ESG, and portfolio teams
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to support fundraising, portfolio activity, ESG initiatives, and recruitment
  • Managing campaign objectives, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective execution
  • Overseeing website content updates and managing social media activity, primarily via LinkedIn
  • Monitoring digital engagement metrics and using analytics to inform continuous improvement
  • Supporting investor-facing communications in alignment with reporting and distribution activity
  • Partnering with Communications on announcements and media content to ensure message consistency
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and internal communications projects
  • Tracking marketing KPIs and preparing performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Managing external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality control, budget discipline, and brand alignment
  • Contributing to process improvements, templates, and governance frameworks across marketing activity

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong marketing experience within private markets, with experience working in or closely alongside private equity, credit, or alternative investment businesses
  • Have experience of marketing best practice to the role and work in a mature manner, working both independently and as part of a broader team.
  • Be agile in their approach, able to flex and adapt quickly showing good commercial judgement
  • Have experience developing pitch materials, campaign content, website copy, and thought leadership
  • Possess good understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, and performance analytics
  • Hold the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across investment, IR, legal, and compliance teams
  • Have strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Be able to work in a proactive, collaborative way suited to an international, fast-paced environment
