An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Senior Fund Administrator – UCITs to join a leading global asset manager at a pivotal time of growth. This is a rare chance to play a key role in shaping operations as the business expands its Luxembourg investment platform.

Key Responsibilities of the Global Senior Fund Administrator – UCITs will include:

• Oversee daily fund accounting and NAV processes across a mix of traditional and alternative funds.
• Manage complex transactions including fund launches, mergers, and transfers.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
• Support financial and regulatory reporting for Luxembourg, UK, and Australian funds.
• Validate fund performance and oversee pricing, fair valuation, and hedging processes.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and cross-departmental projects.

The Global Senior Fund Administrator – UCITs will meet the following criteria:

• Strong background in fund accounting oversight or operational oversight with exposure to UCITs.
• Private credit experience – strongly desired.
• Experience in oversight of external fund administrators and custodians.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
