  • Assist with Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) and Lloyd’s attestation processes

  • Support compliance training, monitoring, induction, and awareness campaigns

  • Deliver compliance monitoring activities, supporting underwriter adherence and escalating where needed

  • Represent Compliance at relevant committee meetings and act as Deputy Committee Secretary when required

  • Mentor and support the development of junior compliance team members

About You:

  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations and an interest in Lloyd’s regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confident communicator and team player, comfortable working cross-functionally

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Planner, and comfortable working with internal systems

  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to develop professionally, including pursuing relevant qualifications (e.g. ICA or CII)

Why Apply?
