** IT Service Desk Support – £35k (flexible) – Hybrid/2 days in London **

We are working with a specialist reinsurer who are looking for an IT Service Desk Support to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years working in a similar role and ideally come from an Insurance or Financial Services background.

You must be close to London as the role will require 2 times a week in the office.

IT Service Desk Support (Windows, Azure, Office 365, ServiceNow)
Up to £38k + great pension, benefits & discretionary bonus
Hybrid/2 days in London

• A good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows servers
• Experience working in a 1st or 2nd Line Support role where you have supported end users face-to-face and remotely
• Expertise with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Intune and SharePoint
• Experience ServiceNow is a bonus
• Any IT qualifications such as AZ900 would be ideal
