Counterparty Credit Risk Manager

Our client, a large global asset manager, is looking for a Counterparty Credit Risk Manager for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract as a Maternity Cover. The ideal candidate will work as a member of the 2^nd LoD Risk Team, focusing on providing oversight of a broad portfolio, covering Real Estate, Infrastructure and Public Equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise credit risk team
• Develop credit and counterparty risk management processes within the firm’s global framework, incorporating suitable systems and models
• Process requests for new counterparty approvals and updates on risk status for existing counterparties
• Conduct continuous reviews of exposures and identify counterparty risks
• Provide timely and informative risk reporting, escalating issues as needed

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Private and Public asset classes
• Strong multi-asset product knowledge
• Counterparty Credit Risk experience either on buy-side or sell-side
