Our client is looking for an Events Manager to join their dynamic team within their asset management division, specialising in alternative investments. This is a high-profile role coordinating a busy calendar of pan-European events, designed to support client distribution and engagement activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of a diverse events program, including in-person and virtual conferences, roundtables, seminars, and their flagship annual event.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers, sponsors, and investors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote client solutions and share market intelligence.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and event performance metrics to ensure high ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and develop the events program across Europe.
  • Input/ownership for event strategy

About you:

  • Experienced in managing high-profile events, conferences, or roadshows, within asset management or financial services.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external clients.
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in financial markets and sales/business development processes.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a drive to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
