Head of Legal in Dublin for a Leading Global Banking Group

• Managing a Team of Lawyers
• Covering Custody, Funds ( UCITS & AIFs), Fund Administration
• Strategy and Management
• Country Focus with EMEA and US Contact
• Working with Senior Country Management as well as EMEA and the US

Candidate profile

• Senior Lawyer with either Private Practice or in-house experience
• Broad Experience of Funds / Asset Servicing / Custody / Depositary matters
• Experience of relevant Regulatory matters ( there is a specialist Reg affairs team)
• Experience of dealing with Senior Stakeholders and providing a strategic view

Please note the Bank's working pattern is 4 days / week in the office
