An international investment management firm in Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Legal Administrator to join its governance and legal operations function. This role sits at the heart of a busy, high-quality environment supporting regulated fund and management company structures.
This position offers hands-on responsibility across governance coordination, regulatory upkeep and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Administrator include:
- Coordinating board, shareholder and committee meetings across management companies and investment funds
- Preparing agendas, meeting materials, minutes, resolutions and follow-up actions
- Maintaining statutory records, governance documentation and internal databases
- Managing Luxembourg regulatory filings and monitoring submission deadlines (e.g. RCS, beneficial ownership registers)
- Acting as a key point of contact for directors, advisers, notaries, auditors and internal teams
- Supporting governance requirements linked to new fund launches and product developments
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and documentation standards

The Senior Legal Administrator will meet the following credentials:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal administration
- Experience working in a ManCo, a fund, a family office or law firm (due to the nature of this role, candidates with service provider backgrounds cannot be considered)
- Strong working knowledge of Luxembourg company law and regulated fund structures (UCITS/AIF)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with competing deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised, proactive and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
- Experience with governance systems or document management tools is beneficial
