Operational Resilience Specialist

I am seeking an experienced professional to strengthen operational resilience capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In this role, you will maintain and enhance the firm’s resilience framework, identify and map critical business services, and set impact tolerances.

You will lead scenario testing, monitor resilience metrics, and assess third-party dependencies to safeguard continuity of client services. The position involves supporting business continuity planning, crisis management exercises, and preparing regulatory self-assessments. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of FCA and PRA resilience requirements, expertise in risk frameworks and business continuity, and the ability to interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights.

You will collaborate across business units, influence senior stakeholders, and drive resilience initiatives that protect the firm’s reputation and regulatory standing.
