Do you have strong experience with FCA regulatory developments, horizon scanning and regulatory reporting?

Our client, a renowned Investment Management firm is hiring a Compliance Policy Officer at a senior level, to join their dynamic Compliance team. Based in Leeds, they are offering up to £60,000 plus 2 days’ WFH (after training), and wider benefits alongside an inclusive culture which will support your professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and ownership of Compliance Policy frameworks including embedding and proactively improving existing policies.

  • Work in partnership with stakeholders at all levels within the firm to support understanding new regulatory developments, advising on business-critical areas and training on compliance policy.

  • Anticipating new areas of regulation, providing the business with regular updates and lead on horizon scanning.

Ideally you will have or be:

  • CISI Level 3 qualifications (must) and willingness to become level 6 qualified.

  • Extensive compliance policy experience within an investment management, financial planning or wealth management environment.

  • 5 years’ experience with horizon scanning and interpreting / working with regulatory developments.

  • Solid knowledge and exposure to regulations e.g AML, MAR, SMCR and MiFID.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills across the whole business and stakeholders at all levels.
